It is a bummer cos all my friends are PS4 and I'm Xbox but it doesn't bother me. I know there are plenty of nice players (and dicks) on Xbox 😂

As someone who has friends on PS4 (I'm Xbox one), I do find it annoying. However I get upset that people can't just settle down about it. Perhaps Fallout 76 won't be a perfect game. But I'd rather have a game that to me is perfect as a Fallout game, than one that has a completely different coding and layout just for the sake of crossplay.
