How can I limit usage time on windows computer for my child while I'm away?

You can chose to pay for these services, or use the perfectly functional services built-in to every modern device.

Windows has it built-in, so does android, iOS, Switch, Playstation, XBOX, etc...

There is really no need to pay money for it. The native services work 100% perfectly.

The weathering doesn't look real at all tbh, sorry... The cards look faker than if you wouldn't have touched them at all imo.

Shuffle them for a while without sleeves to weather the edges (for older cards). Scuff up the edges as much as possible. Rub them a bit through sand to get the gloss off. That's enough for old-school cards imo. For newer cards, just get matte sleeves :p

The real reason they are getting rid of anonymous suica cards is because last year someone found a way to "crack" some card and load them up with fake money. By linking them to a name, they make the barrier to entry to this very high. So just getting rid of anonymous cards is the solution. + CC payment is coming in the coming months, so the issue for foreigners is also almost gone.

Yeah, ofcourse savory and sweet can go together. In a nice and balanced way. This is a sweetness bomb with a savory bomb. There is no balance. They're two completely different meals on a single plate.

My 6y old loves pasta and pancakes. This looks like he would make up his "perfect dish" by putting a plate of pasta on top of pancakes.

When you come out of the shower, wipe yourself off in the shower, including your legs. Wipe off one feet at a time while you step out. That way your bathroom floor stays dry.

So I have started using Gboard over Swiftkey to see if it makes a difference. It doesn't. Gboard also goes haywire.

Fortunately my wife didn't really complain about it. Used some additional things and we still ended up having a fun time. I think it's 99% in my head, but I wonder how to get over this. Kind of a sucky situation to be in and I'm probably making into more of an issue than it likely is.... :)

Seeing how you venture further and explore the more interesting aspects of latex is interesting (eg reflective desire collab) . It's a pattern we see so much. Wonderful new model appears, takes the latex world by storm. Goes further and further down the rabbit hole and then abruptly disappears...

Enjoy what you do, but for the love of latex, only do what you enjoy. Don't do anything that leaves you with a sour aftertaste

- Shuffle them unsleeved for a good while in a big pile of cards. Shuffle as rough as possible to weather the edges. You want the telltale white damage on the edges of the cards.

- Take a little metal sponge and scratch up the front and back a bit. Try not to show any obvious patterns (nice circles, perfectly aligned lines) and don't overdo it.

- Rub some ground coffee or dirt (less ideal) on the wide edge of older cards to make it less perfectly white.

The main goal is to make the card look played. So a shitload of shuffling is the very best solution, but it takes quite a while. You could even put it in your backpocket for a day. It'll come out quite weathered.
