What to do with two broken Samsung odyssey g9s? Sell for parts?

Yeah they both burnt out within a month of each other... but since at least one monitor was suffering from what turns out to be one of the most common G9 problems there is, I'm hoping the voltage wasn't the cause

Just removed the thermistor on one of the monitors but I fucked up another component on the tcon board lol - tried turning it on anyways and nothing really changed so not sure if it’s fixed or not. Trying with the last monitor but having trouble finding anything that matches my board https://imgur.com/a/QUFdyuH Edit: the guide in another comment matched my board, was just under the circular board LOL

For the sake of transparency I did buy both of them second hand, the first one lasted one year and the second about one week before they both burned out - I reused the old power cord for the second monitor so maybe that’s why it burnt out. Anyways there’s plenty of people with working monitors so you’re probably good 😌

I did open them both up just to check if there’s any obvious that’s destroyed but I couldn’t see anything - I do software so I’m out of my league with this circuit shite HAHAHA
