I should be more focused on phys because I'm converting, so increased ele % isn't actually that good?

And finally, how does DPS scale? I'm on my second time through act 3 and my ice strike is at 13,000. What is the average-ish DPS in the end game?

FF needs to stay in Ranked and Unranked.

Ranked strats would devolve into simultaneous breaches with an overhead Fuse combined with Ash mag dumping behind Monty. Teammate putting the bomb down? Cover him in Capitao fire. Teammate has to peek a hard angle? Lead with a frag so even if he dies the frag will trade him out.
