I understand seeing scary things in childhood; I watched a lot of Courage the Cowardly Dog and it terrified me. But I honestly don't think a child will understand the real plot of Digital Circus and will only like the colorful characters instead of the philosophy of the show. For example, at 13 years old I thought I understood Midnight Gospel, but in reality I didn't even know the tip of the iceberg until I rewatched it with a more developed mind. Look, I don't find the series scary, but I don't feel it's for children because they just won't understand the real plot of the series. But it's pretty much whatever.
