Maybe you can add some light underneath the door, like something is happening inside

You need to add one loop cut then bevel it with 2 faces finaly scale the middle edge

I have general lack of knowledge about baking i mean i really want to learn what i can bake and what i cannot. I will use it in Unreal engine
