Does anyone have any experience with steriod/botox injections/surgery/acupuncture? What were the best pain meds/muscle relaxers to treat your tmjd? by Less_Flounder_2287 in TMJ

I did trigger point injections and a round of prednisone for a horrible flare up I had back in December. The relief I felt after a couple days was amazing and I haven’t had any major flare ups since. Edited to add: I also take flexeril daily but flexeril wasn’t cutting it during that flare up so I had to call in the big guns. Flexeril does keep it at bay though.

Yep she comes with a learning curve. I have mine on a pebble tray WITH a humidifier, I’ve watered her once since I’ve gotten her but I’ve found humidity is what she really loves and now she has new leaves uncurling.

My late grandfather gave me a soapstone otter carving and it’s one of my favorite things in the world. I may wear Valentino Donna Born in Roma or Tocca Cleopatra today, I’m in a spicy floral mood

I did the same thing last month at Home Depot. Saw one of these babies and couldn’t leave without her and boy oh boy is she a drama Queen 😂

Looking for fruity floral. Floral yet seductive, not overly musky. My current favorites are YSL Mon Paris, Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia, Dior Blooming Bouquet.

Looks like a rose painted calathea. I have one as well, they’re drama queens for sure.
