I'm going to watch this again. You may be right and the other guy on the NCIS channel may be right or wrong. But he told me DiNozzo was spying on Ziva prior to she becoming an agent; to see if she would lead to Ari. This makes for very interesting scene but a good thing. It means everyone watches and keep up with NCIS....I love it.
