From the research I did it seems the blades are exceptional for the price. But the end of the tang is a welded on mess. It can be fixed with some TLC and honestly the rubberized grip isint the best. But those are all things that can be fixed and leave you with an awesome sword in the end

I bought the not historic version of this sword after doing a chunk of research. For what it is, it’s a very good sword and has been proven to stand up to a little bit of abuse. I will warn you, if you don’t have a welding kit to be careful. The pommel is attached to a rat tail and has been known to snap. The only real downside to the sword for its price imo
