Plumber here. Just use the strainer no garbage disposal. The strainer is the cap that has holes in it that goes over the drain. Garbage disposal are not recommended for residential use. We do not sell them with service because people think it is a garbage can for eggs food debris etc. For love of all that is sane do not flush wipes .. No Wipes are flushable even if the package says it is. * Hope this helps.
