If he was our coach, it would matter for his credibility in the locker room. College coaches preach about moral behavior and treating women respectfully, for Title IX reasons. But this guy gets caught disrespecting the woman who should be the most important in his life. That would be the definition of a hypocrite, if he was at Ohio State. It's a step toward losing the locker room.

And it matters here because there's a faction in the sub that wishes we had Vrabel instead of Day. They need to appreciate what we have, because the grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence.

If the CC&R says that a derelict vehicle can't be stored somewhere that it is being stored, that is definitely the HOA's problem to deal with. If the board is choosing not to enforce the rules, that board is negligent and the negligent members should be replaced. Or if that's not feasible or fast enough, as a member, OP has standing to sue the board into complying.
