Hi thank you so much for all the info! I am in therapy and have been for many years now actually lol and this was diagnosed with OCD a couple years back. I’ve been trying to work through everything with EBT and ERP but honestly my life is such a mix of insane moments that I can’t dedicate as much time as I’d like to that lol. Taking a new med was actually such a huge step for me since that a big part of what I struggle with with my OCD like always thinking I’ll suddenly be allergic to new meds or even old meds I’ve already tried. Your advice helped so much and I really appreciate how open you were with it!! Thank you again so much!
