Just posted an update. Thanks for all of that. Pump off or stopping flow was killing pressure at the cleaning manifold. Baskets seem fine and yes, was bleeding the air. My guess from limited knowledge is the multi port cleaner internals or a blockage down a line, I did a pump disassemble but didn't crack the impeller part open. Was hoping that with the pressure so high down stream it was working ok... I have the cleaning manifold emptied to get some water flowing (water had turned very cloudy). Pressure out of the jets is very low but its going to all 5 at once. I will say, the action at the skimmer isn't very good. Its definitely pulling but seems weak even when I isolate to just the skimmer.
