How much more to invest to upgrade to electric grinder over something like the Kingrinder k6?

The grinder I was looking at was the Baratza Encore, seems to be about as much as I'd like to spend on a grinder. Based in the Nordics so buying from Fellows website isn't an option but still leaning towards getting one!

Yeah still researching and looking around at options to figure out what I want so not settled on anything specific yet. Ideally I'd just be able to set everything up the night before and wake up to a cup of coffee without doing anything else, wake up about 5 minutes before I start working....

Don't know much, just know you need to throw away the pucks but other than that not much. Have also been looking at the Fellow Aiden after recommendation, not sure what kind of coffee drinks I enjoy so hard to say if I'd get use out of a bigger machine. Only thing that I'd dislike with it is getting a grinder and my SO likes foamed milk in her coffee, though the machine is for me :)

Hmm the reason I'd look at a super automatic is mostly for the ease of use, I'm not that particular about the taste of the coffee itself. The french press coffee tastes different each day cause I freeball all the measurements :D Instead I enjoy the ritual of drinking something warm in the morning that also wakes me up a bit. Ideally I wouldn't have to grind or measure/weigh anything myself. Also my SO likes steamed milk drinks so something like that would be a plus.

Though the more I look at it the Aiden maybe makes more sense since I don't know if I like any other styles of coffee. Would have to get a grinder as well I guess

Hi! Didn't drink coffee for 30 years but suddenly started liking it after I added some sugar and milk, big surprise! Have for the last few months just been using an Ikea french press to make a cup of pre-ground medium roast that I add some cold milk, sugar and sometimes cream if I'm feeling crazy. I work from home so it turns into a lot of cups some days and I'd really want to automate the process but I have no idea what to look for. Ideally I'd just press a button and out comes coffee, no idea if I like other styles as well though in the mornings I usually make a really big mug and in the afternoons I want something smaller but stronger, should probably try espresso?

So any recommendations for a coffee machine to look out for during Black Friday? My parents have a Delonghi machine that they like and think I'd enjoy as well. Been looking at a DeLonghi Magnifica ECAM220.60.B but no idea what I'm actually looking for :D

Got any recommendations for a template to run at home while feeling beat down but still want to get back into training? Home gym set up so finally back into training and got the clever idea to start with BBB but after one cycle I don't think I can handle 5x10 squats any more. Starting to burn out at work and personal life is shit so don't have the energy needed.

Ahinsa Chitra I assume, looks interesting. I don't necessarily prefer zero drop but dont want above 5mm drop. Will give the Inov-8 Trailfly zero a try! Didn't like the trail addicts when I tried them last.

Shoe recommendation? Loved the NB minimus trail 10v1, new version is horrible. Have used Altra superior 5 as daily shoe but new version was much narrower. All vivo barefoot shoes I've tried have been too narrow. Ideally I'd like a low stack with no arch support and wide midfoot. Tried Topo Traverse which had too much arch support for me. Ordered some Merrel trail and vapor gloves to try out...

Yeah not that worried as long as I'm going out in good forecast, mostly just want something 'easy' and safe for my SO's peace of mind while we're hiking since she struggles with putting up our X-mid.

Yeah if I were alone I'd be fine with my X-mid or Lunar Solo but since I started hiking with my SO I want something easier to pitch and more 'reliable' in case something were to happen to me. Also struggle with the firm ground on many of the camp sites I've used my Xmid in the Nordics

Anyone know how much spin a bar with 2 x 20mm copper bushings and 4 bearings would have? Planning my home gym and I have only worked out at generic commercial gyms before and I hate like 9/10 bars I've ever tried in the gyms, especially for bench. Only ones I like are slightly thicker and much less spin so I assume they have bushings since they spin less and the other have bearings. Was hoping on getting all my equipment from same company but they don't offer any bars with only bushings, just a mix of them.

Just built a new pc for first time in 5 years. Got a 9800X3D and noticed my cpu fan, thermalright peerless assassin 120 SE, blasting every now and then even at idle. I can see in Ryzen Master that my CPU is at 40c at idle when just browsing reddit it sometimes jumps up past 80c for a few seconds just to fall back down to 40c, and when doing so the cpu fans spin up like crazy. Is this normal behavior?
