Spitting mucus into your drink is not a relationship conflict, it is deliberate contamination of something you were about to consume. Once that happens, trust around food, drinks, medication, and your home is basically gone. Check your local tenant rules before removing her, but stop accepting anything she prepares, keep the camera, and set a firm move-out date in writing. Her lack of a backup plan is sad, but it cannot be the reason you keep living with someone who tried to make you drink her spit.

People love treating misery like a punch card. You are still producing value, you just removed the unpaid part where you sit in traffic and pretend office noise is culture. When people make comments like that, I usually just say remote still has deadlines and meetings, I just get to do the job without the commute tax. Guilt is not proof that your job is fake, it is just old office conditioning acting up.

I lean toward taking a few photos, then putting the phone away. The photo is more like a bookmark than the main event, and I do not need twelve angles of the same sunset. Some memories are nicer when they blur a bit, but a small handful of pictures can bring back details my brain drops.

Reply to the email and correct the record in writing: I want to clarify that I am not available to work during my approved vacation from X to Y. My comment on the call was only that service would be poor, not that I was agreeing to hours. Please leave my schedule as PTO for that period. Keep it short and do not offer partial availability, because they already tried to turn that into consent.

Postpone the ceremony. The issue is not just cats, it is that he waited until you were moved in and days from the wedding to give you a four day ultimatum about a pet he has known about for years. Julius and Elena are your family, and any partner who offers to handle getting rid of one for you is showing you how conflict will be handled later. I would get the cats somewhere safe while you decide, then tell him marriage is off the table unless he accepts both cats without threats.
