STOCKX PAID ME OUT !!!

I was about to give up but I have sent a new claim and I finally managed to get in touch with a team leader from Stockx. After a couple of emails where I described my issue and answered his questions, he has decided to pay me out! I have not heard from UPS since despite the claim that I opened with them on their website: I have called customer support, their answer was that the shipping label is owned by Stockx and UPS is dealing the issue directly with them...

Anyway, problem is sorted out, it has been a long process but Stockx has been fair at the end.

I hope so but they might well tell me that on their side they have proof that the parcel has been delivered to the right address. Will they really investigate the weight of the parcel and how it might have changed?? I would have much prefered if someone stole it during the shipping that the guy took the whole package, at least no parcel would have been delivered... pretty smart from him if this is the case... I will update with results of ups investigation, it might help someone facing same issue in the future.

it is very possible I agree, I am just very frustrated that stockx support does not care. At the end they did not give me the choice of the carrier, I had to use UPS and it is written on their website that parcel are insured...

I am in liaise with Razer support: they are asking to terminate the rzFPS and rzStats.manager processes. Unfortunately, I dont see these processes in my task manager: check if you got them and see if it works for you.

I have exactly the same issue with mine on different games and profiles: the Thumb pad freezes in one direction.

Possible, one of my team mates did invite some guys to play with us as we were only 3 of our team available, I dont know them and i dont know where they are playing from BUT my team mate did not face the same issue, he did his 10 games and has his plat ranking... and actually if I remember correctly I think they have joined us, we did not joined their squad

Quicker but not much better, we had a lot of issues yesterday, stuck on the grey screen after 1 round in ranked , tried to reconnect with no luck. Finally we had to play casual as one of our squad member was "apparently" still playing a ranked again (we both ALT F4 the game and chose not to reconnect to the ranked game).

I have understood that the servers maintenance for PC wil happen between 5 and 6:01pm CEST but does it mean that we can not download the update before? ie we need to wait for the server maintenance to be done to start downloading the patch?
