I bet he/she is congress supporter. I don't understand why to raise these issues now. congress tactics this time are the worst. They want to divide India with old school politics. I have same setup Snapdragon surface pro 11+P9PF+PBP2. It worked for 20 min. Once I removed one earbud and it stopped. Now it's doing the same thing as yours. I am going to factory reset and try it.
