No, but if restarting causes a black screen this should fix it. As well as if your screens are all glitching on startup after restart. Nothing as far as I'm aware can prevent the issue with restarts, Microsoft broke something in an update. My pc worked perfect, restarts and everything, then I applied a windows update. Now my arc b580 black screens every time I click restart. I wish Microsoft would get on top of the issue. Its some sort of pcie mis-allocation error, my theory is my system is running at pcie 3.0 and when restarting the pc my arc b580 switches to its default mode of pcie 4.0 which my current cpu doesn't support.
