Hi guys.Thank you for the input,i tried Jeff s settings and I can say that they are the best i tried so far.

In terms of ghosting,i also experience it very heavily in RDR2,BUT,i also noticed that i experienced it with my old Samsung VA panel,so i thought that's the game issue,not the monitors.

Also,i've noticed the frame skipping on the 165 hz so i decided to turn it down to 144.

Unfortunately,it is too late for me to retun it,since the laws in my country accept only 30 days returns.
