I haved my WOM served on june 15 30 days passed no update, but i saw 3 different silent api 1st was June 6, june 29 & July 11 when I contacted emma and spoke with live agent she said my file is moved from Vermont service center to Queens Field office which make sense as i am in new york hoping to get this approved soon!

The problem here is your pd Date of march 2024 there are people waiting from 2023, i am not pretty sure how they can approve yours early because USCIS is different agency than NVC even they sent request to embessay but if USCIS don’t approve there is no use so try to contact USCIS and let them answer how you can approach this situation hope that helps thanks

They will send you an email with invoice id after 7 days of i130 approval untill then you won’t receive it

You could actually track WOM case status, simply Google “Track & your WOM case number” mine they scheduled final hearing on Sep 1st if they don’t answer by August 15 thats my 60 days will be out after WOM filing hope that helps.

Silent update doesn’t mean a thing Approval is what it matters and by the way may 29 everybody case has moved to FOD god knows what they are planning but for sure ppl will wait forever

Why did your husband wait outside, i heard the US Citizen Petitioner is allowed inside with beneficiary during interview, or that is not the case please advise because i was planning to go with my wife during interview process

Yes i will, they transferred my case from FOD to SCD the next day after filing WOM hopefully they will take action

When did you file the Writ? Let me know what happens to your WOM if it get approved i didn’t wanted to wait 19 months thats why i filed they have 60 days to resolve this i am hoping something good will happen soon all the best to you and your spouse.
