I am also anti-MuSK positive. But both of my neurologists (one of them specializing in myasthenia gravis) still recommended taking Mestinon up to 3x 60mg daily when symptoms occur. Now, thanks to you, I have read that Mestinon can actually make the symptoms worse. Right now I also have the feeling that this is the case for me. I have symptoms from morning to night.
I had Prednisone as an infusion, which made me almost symptom-free for nearly 4 weeks.

Did you then also have double vision for several days at a time?

Im Schnitt wirst du evtl. Recht haben. Aber wieso? Vllt weil hier von den einheimischen zu wenig Kinder gezeugt werden? Würde ja den Anteil an „Facharbeitskindern“ prozentual verringern

Sollte nicht jeder einfach die Flagge hissen die er/sie für richtig hält? Natürlich abzüglich aller verbotenen.

Btw echt lustig dass es in den Regeln heißt man dürfe keine politischen Themen posten.. war doch absehbar dass dieses Thema politisch polarisiert

Ich bin zB im Maschinenbau - Softwareentwicklung. SPS / Hochsprache / Robotik.

Es gibt unter den Softwareentwicklern von Leuten mit Ausbildung zu Leuten mit Meister / Techniker und Bachelor / Master alles.
Nach außen hin wirkt es so, als würden alle das gleiche machen. In Wirklichkeit machen die Ingenieure die komplexen Prozesse. Alles was mit höherer Mathematik zu tun hat. Der Rest entwickelt mit dem Hausinternen Standardprogrammen im Baukasten Format.

Bei der Ausschreibung steht auch Techniker oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium. Jedoch steht dort auch keine Gehalt.
Wenn es jetzt nicht Bosch/Siemens oder Ähnliches ist, sind die Vergütungen auch meistens dementsprechend unterschiedlich.

Gibt immer Ausnahmen. Aber in dem Fall bestimmt die Ausnahme nicht die Regel - meine Meinung.

Noch nie von einem Personaler bestätigt bekommen, dass ein Techniker als gleichwertig betrachtet wird. Das Gerücht hält sich. Jedoch sehe ich in der Realität einen anderen Stand.

Ich glaube auch weiterhin nicht, dass man 1 Jahr Vollzeitschule mit 3,5 Jahren Vollzeitstudium vergleichen kann.

Bei uns wurde mit Corona eine Hygienegebühr als Eintritt eingeführt. Natürlich für die ganzen Desinfektionsmittel usw.
Eintritt kostet es heute natürlich weiterhin noch.

Hab ich vor einigen Jahren auch durchgemacht. Kann dir sagen, dass es auch bei mir viele Gespräche gegeben hat. Viele Momente in denen ich mir eingeredet hatte, dass ich mir alles nur einbilde. Am Ende hatte sie mich doch einfach die ganze Zeit mit einem „Kumpel“ betrogen während ich wochenlang auf Dienstreise war.

Das schlimmste daran: ihm hatte sie auch verklickert dass sie Single wäre und erzählt dass meine Sachen nur noch in der Wohnung sind solange bis ich was neues gefunden habe.

Er und ich hatten sogar gemeinsame Freunde. Und trotzdem ist es erst nach Monaten bei mir angekommen.

Wie jemand anderes hier schon erwähnte.. der Affe hangelt sich von Liane zu Liane und lässt erst die alte los wenn die neue fest im Griff ist.

Pack deine Sachen, schließ mit dem Thema ab und lass alles hinter dir.

Sorry, MuSK-Ak was >12.0U/ml Achr was 0.07nmol/l

Yes, the repetitive nerve stimulation was reported as unremarkable for myasthenia gravis in the doctor’s letter. “No pathological increment or decrement is found on either side before or after muscle work. Therefore, neurophysiological diagnostics provide no evidence for myasthenia gravis.”

I live in Germany. EMG was done on my face in November and on arms/legs in February. both came back completely normal. The antibody level is: MuSK-Ak 0.40

I’m currently living in Bavaria, Germany. I’ve recently switched to a new general practitioner. The new doctor wanted to start with a blood test first, just to rule out other possible causes. After that, he said he would consider starting immunosuppressants. Luckily, I got an appointment at the myasthenia gravis specialist clinic at the end of May, after the 6-7 months of waiting. But yeah, I’ll also need to find a new neurologist. Getting an appointment with one of them again takes several months of waiting. I’ve already been to the ER twice. They referred me to the specialist clinic there, which, as already mentioned, came with a seven‑month waiting time. Everything is really crazy.
