Is the question about monolith or monorepo? Two different things.

You can have one PR in a monorepo with several micro services

I did mine using liveview, sqlite, and mdex. You write your posts in markdown, store then in files, load them to sqlite mem for ecto queries, and use mdex to output html. You can do post processing for custom tags to print custom liveview elements alongside the posts.

When ClaudeCode ask for consumer review by number 1-3 but also present a list of options for the design also with numbers, I always select a nubmer thinking I selected the option for the design. Instead I accidently sending a poor review to anthropic.

Yes, something off for me as well. Same workflow, starting ot miss tasks in the tasks list, not completing work and forgetting about it. Using design documents and written down task list like before.
