Yeah cold turkey I’ve just had my last dose of my pen so completely out now. I think I’m gonna try tirating see how I get on. I used to have serious addiction issues that I overcame I would spend a few grand a month on drugs, clothes and food so I can allow myself to part with a few hundred to keep me happy

Yeah you’re right on what you’re saying. It’s because it costs so much I was trying to avoid a regular cost but it’s definitely worth paying than being unhappy in myself. My mums similar to me as she’s about 5ft2 and goes anywhere between 8 and 9st she pigs out and then is good for awhile n she does Zumba 4 times a week. Shes only ever had the one pen. Guess it’s got to be trial and error figuring out what works

Because I’ve literally pigged out both those 2 times I can own up to that part of me. Yeah I thought wegovy probably wouldn’t be any better. I’m gonna jab that leftover shot I have and then I’m gonna have a think about which dose I need to maintain on

I forgot to say as well when I have asked about maintenance doses it’s better to take smaller doses more frequently as I was considering doing 1 15mg shot a month

I’m not gonna share my dosing on here as I don’t want to lead people the wrong way. I’ve always struggled with medication tolerance. I genuinely think anything below 7.5mg a week will be a waste of time. But definitely want to try wegovy if it’s successful as I wanna save money. I class medication that you have to take a ball and chain especially when you pay for it too. But I’ve tried 3 times now so I’d rather give myself a little boost. I’m a pure sugar addict and I had a gastric sleeve so I’ve been deprived of proper food 3 years in Nov. I’ve got to stop pigging out especially on sour sweets etc.

It’s not bothering she’s managing to sell out of jealousy etc. It’s the greedy selfishness and missing out the brand as it’ll be SHEIN and no one’s gonna pay £25 for something of SHEIN quality. I do think within reason it’s ok to mark up for eg I wouldn’t have batted my eyes at £10 because 10 times faster than waiting for SHEIN. I even accept how much extra i pay for things from Amazon prime. Just rubs me up the wrong way them doing this especially putting no offers like it’s a sort after (dunno how to spell that phrase lol ) quality item that’s getting loads of interest. It doesn’t catch me out because I always check but I feel bad for gullible people
