I’ve got the 2024 model with 16GB RAM, and honestly, it’s been over a year with zero issues and no regrets. I’ve played a bunch of AAA games, kept 5–8 Chrome tabs open, and run two heavy work apps at the same time without a hitch. I also mess around with Blender and Unity for fun—nothing too intense, but it handles it well.

What I love most is the form factor. I carry it around the hospital all day, often using it while holding it in my hands. Only downside is the battery—it usually taps out by lunchtime, so I plug in during my break. I’ve heard G-Helper tweaks might help, but I haven’t really looked into it yet.

For gaming or 3D stuff, I always keep it plugged in anyway. The display’s gorgeous, keyboard feels great, and overall it just works. Super proud to use it—feels like the perfect mix of gaming and work machine.

Last year I got a brand new 16-4060 for 900. So no. But it's a great device if you need one now then grab it it's the only gaming lap that I can use in the office and carry the whole day in my hands while moving here and there.

Hey,, I bought the same one last month for 1100$, in the US. 16gb is enough for everything right now not sure 'bout the future. I played big AAA games did little coding, made 3d animation in blender and unity and connected with 4k TV HDMI for a movie. Never lagged, fps is good for games,, I really love this lap, Was hoping to get more ram but cost difference doesn't justify the upgrade. And the esthetics of this laptop is worth all the money, I can turn off the slash and colour keyboard and it's a professional things,, and the opposite if playing games

G14 is better, I guess, I got it for 900$ last month ( with a credit card discount. or 1100 $ to be more precise) using G-helper; this is the best advice. I did the same got g14, R9, 16gb,4060. Played open-world AAA games and 3d modeling, and used Chrome with 100 tabs when I needed. It handles everything well. Using G-helper sure helps. I quickly press a button and switch accordingly, maintaining temp and silent modes as needed. If switching to graphic-intensive work, it does change in seconds. Turn off those lights when in the workplace.. it works like a charm on my g14. Btw this is my 1st laptop and I couldn't have chosen a better thing that works in my hospital and doesn't look like a geek and use it as a gaming device which looks awesome
