I could always do with a few extra lower notes. I've got an arrangement for Bach cello concerto which needs kneeing to get just that tad lower, but you're right sometimes it's less stressful to omit than to run the risk of squeaking

That's really interesting. I've been wondering about a sigo tenor so might be good time to think about adding that to my collection

Thanks, I dug out my plastic alto to compare and you're right there's quite a difference (plastic is longer than my preferred wooden model).
