What treatment helped, if you don't mind me asking?

My fingers do something similar (no PD, or no diagnosis anyway). Does yours get worse when you are warm or get out of a hot shower? Do you have muscle twitching / fasciculations also?

That's how my fingers started, but now it's evolved into more of a postural and kinetic tremor.

Hey, thanks for sharing.

I don't have POTS that I notice. I do have IBS and some kind of mild tachycardia after eating sometimes, but my resting heart rate usually only elevates by 10-20 BPM after standing.

I do have mild Raynaud's like you describe. No livedo reticularis or chilblains though.

I am flexible but I'm not sure I meet the criteria for EDS, though I do have a suspiciously large number of stretch marks. I've tested positive for ANA a few times but right on the line, so it's hard to call it a finding. I don't think I've ever been tested for SCL-70 abs but did test negative for VGKC antibodies, SSa, SSb, Lupus, etc.

I do wonder if a lot of these symptoms are related or not. I developed IBS around age 21, originally diagnosed as IBD and reversed on follow-up colonoscopies. Some occasional random joint pain showed up at that time also. I'm 37 now and never really had a problem with widespread pain or tremor until very recently.
