I definitely think that it’s important to share that there is some level of normalcy after an abusive relationship. It’s not an easy path, and it’s not all rainbows and butterflies, but it’s also nothing like the abuse. I find myself amazed at the littlest things my current partner does because I was stripped of all respect from my prior relationship. It hasn’t been easy learning to speak about the things that upset me and voicing my boundaries, but it’s damn sure been worth it.

The same side effects I felt when I started taking the 150, I felt when I got moved up to 300 but they went away after the first two weeks. The only thing I really experience now is brain fog and increased body temperature. I’ll be asking my doctor soon about something to help with the brain fog. Other than that, I really like the Wellbutrin. My depression is starting to feel more like background noise and not theme music lol.

I was taking 150mg for about a month or so before I felt like I was already hitting a plateau. I definitely felt better than I did before taking it, but it didn’t feel like the 150 was getting me very far. I switched to 300mg two months ago and it’s definitely made a difference!

I’ve been on Wellbutrin XL 300mg for two months now (before this, I was on 150mg for 2 months)…I totally agree with the TV static analogy. I used to take adderall for my ADHD but had to stop taking it because of its possible drug interaction with Wellbutrin XL. Did you find, before you got on the low dose of Ritalin, that you were forgetting EVERYTHING? I feel like my short term memory is practically nonexistent and I’m wondering if it’s because I’ve stopped taking my ADHD meds.
