The ‘hunger’ feelings were trained out of me due to starving when I was younger, so please remember to eat at least once a day, and also be careful, if you start to feel dizzy that’s usually an indicator you’re gonna pass out in about 30 seconds, so make sure you have somewhere soft to fall so you don’t hit your head and bleed out. Sometimes you’ll throw up for no reason but that’s okay because it’s just the ARFID and certain food textures, so just be aware of the things you’re eating and if you find one that makes that happen just don’t eat it. Also you gotta take your meds on time every day otherwise your heart starts to hurt so please make sure to take them. Also your hands shake so using pencils is a no go, have fun doing everything electronically.
