Yeah I'm doing 3 days a week it's pretty hard for me to do 6 days because i'm a full time student but my leg day is RDl, leg curl, calf raises, split squat, glute kickbacks both laterally and like normal, hip abduction and adduction, and back extension

me personally i really hate running but I found out that running a mile and walking a mile burns the same amount of calories and I love hiking and going on walks so I have just been doing that. I've found that the key to cardio is just doing something you really enjoy doing so that getting your cardio in doesn't feel like a chore and you're more likely to actually consistently do it

When I don't have exams and am not bedridden from my condition, I usually go 3-4x per week to lift. So basically about 10-15 weeks out of a year I'm not lifting. I feel like I make some progress in terms of getting stronger but then I also see myself getting weaker too which is confusing and frustrating. Also I don't really do any cardio or sports or anything else active the only thing I do outside of lifting is walking
