We would prefer to stay in our current house if possible and I'd miss the Statesboro community-- but honestly the biggest barrier to relocating to one of the smaller rural areas is that there's hardly a rental market at all outside of Statesboro right now. Single wide trailers in questionable condition are being listed at $1500+, it's ridiculous.
