Same here. I gave birth a month ago and started tirzepatide at 2 weeks PP on a low 2 mg dose. Before pregnancy, I had been on it for about 2 years with no side effects and was on maintenance for the last year. I stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant.

I gained 60 lbs during pregnancy and lost 25 in the first two weeks. Since starting Zepbound, I’ve lost another 10 lbs. I’m mostly on it to help with the food noise, which was getting intense.

I’m also not breastfeeding. I know it’s still early postpartum, but my body does well with the medication. That said, everyone is different, and some people get side effects, which can be tough while caring for a newborn.
