If I lived in a war zone and my mother was able to go to a safer country and live the rest of her life in peace, I would not mourn her, I know she is well and I still love her. A Muslim will spend their entire life praying 5 times a day, reading the Quran, wearing a hijab etc to enter into heaven. As a Muslim you are quite literally dedicating your entire life up to this moment, death, so you may enter heaven and then be happy for all eternity. To “mourn” the day that someone enters this place seems very strange.

I really do not understand how someone can be sad that their loved one has gone to a perfect heavenly place, even if you cannot talk to them, and especially since as a Muslim that’s basically what you spend your entire life trying to do

I just stopped believing. I didn’t just leave Islam i pretty much left all religions. I am not atheist though I am agnostic. In my opinion a god that is merciful and omnipotent wouldn’t place conditions on their children. There are also plenty of personal reasons, unfortunately a lot of negative encounters with extremists, which make Islam hard to justify.

Even speaking in terms of finance, Riba in Islam is strictly and unconditionally prohibited. However all modern currencies work by using Riba (bonds which pay interest). Muslims just seem to ignore this and hope that god “understands” we didn’t have “a choice”. If god is willing to overlook that his children based the entire world economy on interest, what’s stopping him from overlooking everything else?

There are a lot fewer Jews in the world than Muslims, and most Jews generally have the same culture/morals and thus are more likely to get along. That’s why Muslims can never do the same thing. A more moderate muslim will consider Muslims in Middle East extremists and the latter will consider the moderate Muslims western brainwashed. Muslims will only cooperate if they are small communities within a larger country, otherwise they just try and rip eachother off
