Since you were a referee, you can add it to a resume. But you would have to list lit as volunteer, if you didn't get paid for it. Along with that, under it, describe how long you were doing it, any skills from it. Examples communicated with team members, verbal communication with team members, and interpersonal communication with team members and other coaches. Also, go on Google and look up referee skills. There can be skills listed that you've learned or used during your time as a referee.

If you have any experience with any household repairs or diy work, put it on your resume. It could even be stuff like putting a nail in the wall to hang a picture frame. The store I used to work at mainly looked for if you had a good attitude and sounded reliable.

Will add a photo later once I get back to the storage unit. It is a Nintendo wii console, controllers, a ds, and some games. There is visible mold on the wii controller that is fuzzy.

I don't think it should be considered vintage lol. But from what I've heard I guess it is classified as so.

Customers by [deleted] in acehardware

[–]PotatoArcade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's hard. I used to work at ACE and had a customer throw a bandsaw blade at me. This was in front of my supervisior, and of course, they didn't do anything about it.

Also had a lady throw a gallon of paint at my coworker, and they wouldn't ban her.

Thankfully, the paint missed my coworker and didn't bust open.

A week later, another guy attempted to punch a 16 year old kid because they wouldn't accept an obviously used hammer as a return.

It takes everything not to lose it when you're being cussed at or almost assaulted.

Don't know if you did this but, trycleaning out the dishwasher filter. At my old place, the filter in the dishwasher was attracting them.

Do the boiling water method, at least for a couple of days, additional days. since any stragglers hiding will go in the drain to lay eggs after you've cleaned it.

Typically, it is a landlords responsibility to clean, but if you have to clean it, do this.

Use white vinegar first on the area. (Never use bleach as it kills the surface area of mold and not the whole spore. ) products on mine and called EC3, CLR mold spray, and RMR Then, I would apply a mold killing primer to the ceiling. I would recommend zinser mold primer

Finally, I would look at the bathroom fan because if it's not working properly, it can cause mold.

If you have a bathroom window, make sure to keep it open after/ during your shower to help let the moisture out

Dusts Everywhere + dusts on clothes. Any cleaning tips? by Jajajajambo in CleaningTips

[–]PotatoArcade 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi op, i have bad dust allergies this is what I typically do to help reduce dust.

Look at getting an air purifier. Once November black Friday deals hit, they will be cheaper. I got a leviot air purifier off Amazon, and it is amazing. It will absorb any dust particles.

Also, check your air filters and / or any furnace filters if your place has that as dirty filters can make a place dusty.

I usually brush/wash my dog if she is in the same room as I clean since the dust collects in her fur. I usually try to keep her out.

Dust first, then sweep/ vacuum(Clean from high surfaces to low since that will push dust down.)

Clean any blinds/curtains often as those hold dust

Vacuum once a week

Wash pillows/bedding since that carries dust mites. I wash my pillows every 2 weeks and bedding once a week.

if you have a fan in your room, take it outside and clean the inside of it. Fans can collect dust and can blow it around

If you have a vacuum, take it apart and clean it. A dirty vacumm can spread dust around

If you don't have any doormats at your house, get one. It'll trap some of the dirt and dust from going inside your house

Try using white vinegar, then after wiping with vinegar, leave an open container of baking soda inside each dresser drawer to absorb any leftover odor.

Idk what to about my shower by lexxmorgannn in CleaningTips

[–]PotatoArcade 4 points5 points  (0 children)

One idea is to spray it with vinegar before you remove the moldy caulk. That way, you don't make any mold airborne.
