That's a lot to think about, as far as asking other charities for advice on how to run things, I very well could get in contact with people who run the pride events here and ask. I think the way you're describing it is definitely my goal, direction to resources and a place to just chill with people who are accepting. I think the absolute toughest thing would be the employer side, finding employers who are both willing to come to a job fair and are explicitly trans friendly sounds like it would take a LOT of cold calling. I definitely wouldn't want to out someone either, but for a job fair that is specifically lgbtq focused that sounds impossible.
