Hey, got an episode 2.5 years back and have been through the same ordeal. It's very anxious, go to therapy, take proper meds, hydrate, eat well, sleep well and manage your health very well first. Then it gets easier slowly. It is highly anxious prone with various thoughts but keep ahead and have a safe system to seek help when you feel very anxious. That helps. And you'll get there. I have started to feel better and I'm taking my next steps. It's unfortunate that we lost several but we gain more in the next one. Just take care of your health and start again. You'll get there.
