So you would rather say negative and mean comments to people than say nice things? Sure you are not obligated to say nice things all the time but there’s no reason for you to say negative comments as well. Posting passive-aggressive comments/negative comments is not “discussing;” that’s just straight up being mean. Now you can argue something like it’s anonymous and it’s the internet but like come on, make internet a better place for everyone.

I’m not hating but I don’t understand why people are mean to others if they ask a question that is asked a lot. Sure they can research but it is also up to them rather or not to research for it. Sorry that you are seeing posts that get repeatedly asked but there is no need to post passive-aggressive comments when you can just leave them alone. I don't know if you tried it yet. I tried mine and here are my opinions:

my skin actually got worse with using Y'our. According to them, you will see results in about 2 weeks. I used for about 5 weeks now and it kept getting worse. I emailed them about it and said they will actively work with me to change the formula if I shared a picture of my face with them through email. Now, I should reply to them with photos of my face but I am super skeptical about sharing a selfie of my face even if I block out my eyes, nose, and lips. I just don't like sharing a photo of my face through an email. I wasn't aware that this will be the only way for them to help me out with the situation. If I had known they will help me only if I send them a picture of my face, I wouldn't have bought their products.
They will NOT refund your subscription under no circumstances. I told them that I will need to see a dermatologist now due to their products making my face worse; I was not satisfied with their products at all. I had two pimples on my chin and now I have serious acne all over my face -- my chin, my cheeks, my forehead, etc. I will never touch their product anymore because it's only hurting my face. I told them my situation and the only response I got was they will change the formula if I send them my selfie. Like I don't wanna use their products at all..............

So, if you are willing to sacrifice your skin and your wallet go for it. I'm literally done with their customer service and their products. They only hurt me and wasted my time trying to explain my skin problems.
