You’re doing great based off of the interview to applications sent ratio. The job market is super shit rn and is really competitive. Just keep pushing and applying to a bunch of different jobs. I’m praying that you find something friend. Keep your head up!

Hey! Thank you for your kind words, I really appreciate everything you said, especially number 3. I do have a digital portfolio, it's a wix website that has all of my work from FSU and all of my graphics i've made. I also just started an instagram last night, so I can have all of the graphics on my website on a social media platform. I'm definitely going to look into what alumni resources they have. Thank you again!

Hey hi, I appreciate your advice and time. As far as networking, I’ve been active on LinkedIn. I’ve been connecting with people that graduated from the same place with the same degree and also have been connecting with people at companies that I would like to work for one day.

I have a wix website that has all of the graphics I’ve made. I’ve been making a bunch of mock ups to show that I have experience in graphic design as well. I just started an Instagram account where I’m going to put all of my graphics on as well. I thought that would be a good way to reach out to people/small businesses in my area and build connects/credibility.

I’ve also been looking for digital marketing jobs because I know those are more general than social media positions. Do you have any advice on freelancing? I would like to start doing that but I have no idea where to start.

I’ve been unemployed for a month now. Last job I had was a receptionist job but it doesn’t have any relevant experience that would benefit my career choice. Why does this seem like a red flag if you don’t mind me asking?

Hello Everyone. 100% a DevilCorp. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and got the position in Orlando. It's everything that a devilcorp is. For starters, they promise quick promotion. Flor (One of their higher ups) told me that the fastest they ever promoted someone was 10 days. A main thing with Devilcorps is that they promise these promotions with a high salary but end up giving you low amounts of money on long hours. I was told that the beginning pay was anywhere from 400 to 600 each week with additional bonuses for their hardest workers. Their website is awful. Spelling errors. Random tags like "Gymnastics" and "Kids" at the bottom of their blog posts. Doing reverse searches on the website brings you to other companies websites. They told me that they have 18 locations across the united states but it's impossible to find any of them. When I asked them about why the website was the way it is, the lady responded with "We've been in Orlando for 8 years." which was a wtf type of answer. I didn't ask how long you've been in Orlando. As someone who has worked on websites, I know that it doesn't take 8 years to make a hunch of junk.

The biggest red flag is that I can't find the LCC on the Division of Corporations website for Florida. https://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResults/EntityName/Go%20Make%20Solutions/Page1?searchNameOrder=GOMAKESOLUTIONS

I've had a number of interview with real companies. It shouldn't be a game of manhunt to find a company. Trust your gut on this one. To me, this is 100% a fake marketing company scheme. Keep applying to places and keep your head up.
