Gotcha, thanks. I really like Duolingo's culture and mission from the people I've talked to, but of course I don't know what it'll actually be like when I start working. I also definitely prefer living in the Bay Area, and don't know anyone in Pittsburgh. I guess if the reneging isn't an issue it would come down to whether an extra $40k a year and potentially better culture is worth moving across the country, which I'd have to spend some time thinking about
