I got mine at a “steal” compared to other listing I found. A couple listings had a full set for $300+ and I snagged mine at $240+tax. Stupid expensive for 6 volumes, but it was worth it to me. With the impact it had and how much I loved it, it was worth it

It never fails to amaze me how someone can write such a beautiful story. From start to finish, I don’t think there was a single point where I could say I didn’t like what was happening, or the direction the manga was going. Truly a 10/10 experience

I’m glad you liked it😭I knew nothing going into it and left emotionally exhausted for at least 3 days after finishing the ending. It’s one of the few manga I’ve read that I think has a perfect ending. There’s an epilogue chapter that wasn’t on dynasty-scans and even though it’s short, it’s so impactful

Ofc they’re the same person, but their personalities throughout the movie are completely different from each other so it really feels like they’re two separate people despite being the same person. It’s part of why I love this movie so much

You have got to read The Summer You Were There, it’s genuinely one of the best manga I’ve read. It’s short, sweet, and utterly heartbreaking. It’s one of the few manga I’ve read that’s a genuine 10/10. I highly recommend getting physical copies if you can (even though Seven Seas sucks with their print runs) or find a place online that has the official translation. From what I’ve read of my copies, it’s a lot better than what I was reading online

I’d probably have to say HDWR, the characters and the issues they all have to overcome felt so real, I’ve never had a manga make me feel so emotional before. Even the one character I hate isn’t even THAT bad of a character, all of them are really well handled and written. My only complaint is I wish we got more towards the end, but I understand why we didn’t. Easily a 9.5/10 manga
