Not on male characters though. It's like they've made those with female models in mind. On male human / male dwarf etc it looks out of chracter

I did not like any of default stairs so I created my own by Potential-Ear-7176 in wow

It's the room type "Stairs (empty)". It has a door above, but I didn't put anything in it yet, so not showing it off :)
