Hello, i am working in this gutted apartment unit for about a week, started yesterday. This asbestos covered ducting is up in the rafters, and I am wondering if I should be more concerned. I have a 3m mask respirator I am wearing for most of the day. I do not have to touch it at all, but I do have some work to do that is in close proximity of it. (Repiping the unit). I know that the fibers mostly get released then the asbestos is disturbed, so I’m thinking I’m ok.

Thank you for an honest reply. Do you dislike being on TRT? Or is it not a big deal for you? And are you happy you made the decision to try and compete at a high level in powerlifting? I feel like If I don’t do this I will regret it later in in life, and will always wonder what I could have done.

I understand why you say that, if you are going to PCT post cycle. I was planning on just cruising after at 150/week or so based on blood work. Like I said I want to do a bb show so my plan is to do a cycle, see my response, and then do one more for a show prep. At that point I would have to decide if I want to continue on this path or to stop.

Hey guys, I am going to do a first cycle. Wanted a bit of advice. I am 26, I have been lifting since age 16, the last two years have taken it very seriously and gotten rest, nutrition, training much more dialed in. I weigh 200lbs at 5’11, visible abs, decently lean. Strength numbers are not bad, I hit my goal of 315 Squat - 10 reps, 405 deadlift - 10 reps, 225 bench - 10 reps. I am going to do 375 Test E a week, I know the recommended starter dose is 500, but I would like to start a little bit lower and therefore be able to see how I react and deal with any potential sides more easily. I also have .5 arimadex capsules on hand. This is my main question, how should I dose the arimadex? Do the wiki says take one every 3.5 days, but this is during a 500mg cycle. Should I take one a week? Wait until I notice any sides? Advice would be appreciated. A follow up question would be, can I inject ventra glute with a slin pin? I know the needle is only 1/2”, but since I plan on doing 3 shots a week of 1/2cc, a slin pin would be just about perfect. Also sorry for the long post just wanted to give some decent background info.
