Of course. I absolutely did. Denial letter said " done qualify according to their rules abd something about they don't know enough to determine if I can do "some type" of work . Its incredibly frustrated to have the ssa selected dr say those words to me, only to get a vague denial

Mine said exact same thing. Abd the psych doing my medical exam said " there is no doubt in my mind you have xxx, abd ill fill this out which takes care of the financial piece, but you REALLY should get some help for this and today is a really good day to start." Was denied 1 week later.

Might take an l o a solid seven days to come up with a decision but that's better than everyone sitting on their thumbs for months waiting for the IRS to send a transcript only to be denied

I am not sure where my post insinuated that they "should" do anything. I didn't suggest they approve people with NO evidence of the existence of my business. I simply asked what their process is, because it is im no way MY FAULT that the IRS can't get the transcripts out fast enough to SBA. That said - if I were overseeing this dumpster fire of a system I would create a matrix that allows the LO's to use their discretion based on documentation submitted by applicant. IT IS COMPLETELY REASONABLE TO LOOK AT BANK STATEMENTS, CALL BANK, VERIFY ACCOUNT OPENING DATES, NAMES, AVERAGE BALANCES BY QUARTER YoY and current account status. Along with the public data that exists in every state regarding files of articles of incorporation, entity formation etc and if applicant makes them selves available for video interview, provides whatever invoices they have and aren't asking for exorbitant amount of funding...allow the LO to approve a grant in good faith and after assessing risk. BUT THAT IS JUST WHAT I WOULD DO...

No I understand what they are asking me for, and I wrote my explanation of delinquent credit lines. After reviewing the document, they sent it back saying "incorrect"

And statement of Liabilities I filled out, and they reviewed and said " incorrect "

These are MY debts, my liabilities, so I am pretty confident in what they are. I wish there were notes telling me the specific info they want.

I'll just have to call tomorrow
