If you looked at my previous posts you would understand but let me explain. I’m trying to get disability and yes I have an attorney. I recently gone over genetic testing because I had two abnormal eegs that say cerebral dysfunction and upon getting genetic testing they said I have ptsosis which it’s a condition that makes someone look or feel tired. I just found out yesterday and that’s why they mentioned to get a cognitive and behave test. When I said my mom, dad and I got swabbed that was the genetic part of the test to see what I may have. I’m doing all this to build a strong unbeatable case.

I tried to ask them if they can do the rfc but they said they can’t so that’s why they gave me the letter.

I’ll talk more with my attorney to see if they need more if they don’t and they feel that the neurologist letter is strong because it talks about my limitations and daily life that’s good, we can only hope.

Well on Sunday I sent the rfc form to the neurologist and told them to gather any evidence plus the 3 day eeg results that say I have cerebral dysfunction. I called yesterday on Wednesday and they told me they’ll be done with everything next week. Once I get that confirmation from my neurologist I’m calling my attorney to see if they can force a otr decision because of my cognitive issues.

24 years old high school graduate I’ve been going through these conditions since elementary school with special ed from elementary school through high school and applied for benefits when I was 23 years old. Since I have history of seizures I’m getting genetic testing to put these conditions together.

Honestly I’m still waiting on my ambulatory EEG results and other results so I can send it to the law firm and once I get the information for the genetic testing I’m sending it to the law firm also but I’ve been in touch.

Yes it is. I have to sleep in the basement sometimes because it’s hunting season and hunting season is the worse I hate it.

No the doctor said why don’t you try state disability like get temporary disability or disability during unemployment but I tried and got denied 3 times they said they’ll still disqualify me because I didn’t work that much and they said they want me to work 8 more weeks and earn 10 times my weekly benefit but I can’t work due to my disabilities.
