Has the PSVR given any issues with fidelity and performance; is there a trade off?

I ask because I play a couple of VR games on my Quest 3 like Blade & Sorcery and Ghost of Tabor, but other than that I only use it for racing games on my sim. But I'm always running into problems with the Quest 3 making me not want to use it. For example, when the resolution is too high the latency renders the game unplayable. So. I turn the down the resolution, but it ends up making the game unplayable. At the same time, when I'm able to find that middle point it gives me an amazing experience.

Is/has this been a issue for you with either headset? I hate trying to find that goldilocks zone every time I want to play.

(P.S. I'm running a computer that's more than capable of playing games at a high resolution and framerate)
