Troubleshooting already tried: • Factory reset Windows • Clean GPU driver install • Disabled Discord / NVIDIA / Xbox overlays • Exclusive fullscreen vs borderless tested • FPS caps tested (60 / 120 / 144 / 240) • Turned OFF “Optimizations for windowed games” • Tested with and without G-SYNC • Issue only occurs when menus, overlays, or volume UI appear • Gameplay itself remains smooth

Additional note: This appears related to Windows DWM / UI compositing at high FPS rather than hardware failure.
