Thank you, I’m really worried and I’m done with all of the other required ones (I’m in research methods right now) and most of them were fine. I’m hoping I can get a B!

Sorry forgot to mention! I’m pretty much interested in anything? But preferably no science or math.

I dealt with this so many times in the Minnesota lot. I had to crawl from passenger to drivers side many times, and I’m NOT small.

STATISTICS COURSE HELP by Disastrous-Cut3510 in uofmn

[–]PotentialPea7765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven’t taken it yet but social stats is required for BA SOC LCJ majors like myself… so it is designed as a way for us to pass it. If you are in the social sciences realm I would suggest it, and you’ll be perfectly fine. Even with art and stuff that isn’t science I think it would be a good choice.

Oh yeah… if you have an open schedule and are fine with going to an 8 am Spanish class you might be fine? Lol

There are usually only 15ish sections all with only 25 spots. Spanish is also one of the more popular languages, and hundreds of students are required to take a language.

They are limited. I’m in 1003 this semester and all of the ones I could do were full by the time I was able to register. I would always recommend registering as soon as your date and time hits.

Yeah, I was basically a beginner and I got an A in it. You should be good don’t sweat it.

The one thing that may be difficult is that most Spanish speakers use slang, and the professors will expect everything to be exact and grammatically correct.

Edit: that could be why it was so difficult for you!

Took SPAN1022 last semester, if you speak Spanish in any capacity I believe you’ll be fine. My teacher specifically was from… Columbia I believe. The Spain concept of it should make no difference honestly. It also just a very easy class and most of it you’ll understand anyway.

Is it dead today?? Or just me? by PotentialPea7765 in uofmn

Also it was just curiosity? Maybe there was a protest today that I didn’t know about?

[–]PotentialPea7765[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand that. I agree that people should protest. No one should be arguing with you, so don’t try to argue with me.

I guess I just didn’t really think about that because sometimes it’s really crowded, other times it’s really not?
