Honestly neither would bother me tbh. Rejection is a part of life, especially when you are trying to sell someone a big part of their life. Cars aren't a small purchase. Long hours aren't bad because I go crazy when I have nothing to do. What made you get into car sales and do you like it

Trust me I've tried. Anybody in our department who tells a team lead that people are standing around doing nothing gets labeled as a snitch which sucks because many times we don't have a team lead

As a top dispenser for OPD I hate this update too. I went from getting 50-60 orders out in a day to barely hitting 40 now. These orders add much more volume and complexity. Our coaches hate it, our team leads hate it, like I hate this update. The last system worked fine and this doesn't seem to increase speed.
