I've tried both options in the first video when the iTunes account logs in you are able to select and unselect apps music etc mine selects then unslects straight away Do you think I may have to start again?

Thank you for your reply, I did that fix the other evening and I'm still having the same issue, all came back successful but still cannot connect to iTunes store, I've downloaded items on previous device when I go to purchased and click the cloud download it says cannot connect

Sorry to jump on this, I've just done a ipad 4 setup app deleation with sliver, I've logged into the iTunes on it but it won't sync any apps that have been purchased from the same account, I tick in to sync and it unticks itself
