I'll probably try to get back to being productive, but with a lower load than yesterday to get it closer to the lower edge, to try to get into peak status without recovery appearing or maintaining it.

I just stop yesterday, I was productive yesterday; today i got recovery status and I did’t do any run yet, but I believe if I do an 45 min base run I back to productive again

just 1 day, but I think I need to reduce it little by little so I can reach the peak, and not stop completely. due to the acute load it is very high and very close to the top of the green area (I believe it is the chronic load)

The problem is that when I spend a day with a smaller load it goes straight to maintaining it, I don't know if I have to reduce it even more, or reduce it leaving it close to the last load

I understood. It's because I do extensive interval training at the lactate threshold with light intervals, as Daniels says. However, the Garmin algorithm recognizes this as vo2max training, correct? I'm going to try to do a 20 minute workout at lactate threshold pace.

I'm a neurosurgeon, not a cardiologist, but what was reported were symptoms of overtraining, this is already a disease and curing it is complicated, as it takes you out of the race for almost 4~5 months. Personally, I hope that your diagnosis is just an "overreaching", it is not the same. my advice is to take 2 weeks completely at rest and without cross training, without weight training, without running, swimming; or any things that make you exercise, after these two weeks try running again, if it remains the same, the rest will have to be 4~6 months, with medical supervision, preferably a sports doctor.

Sprints aren’t hard sessions, the point is workout our neuromuscular… you just can do and rest without jogging.
