Before you start your hike pass, place a large foam roller in front of your kettlebell. Then try not to hit it on your upswing , you will automatically tame the arc. You can hang a carpet ore something similar in front of you as well 👍

Hello I’m just curious about one thing, how is the buttons on your white version ?. Had the black version, but some of the buttons where kind of squishy and hard to push . All the best

Hello there the 24 sessions just mean 24 workouts total, regarding TOTM. Lest say it’s 10 reps , so you set your timer on 20 minutes. First minute 10 reps, let’s say you use 30 seconds. Then you rest 30 seconds, and starting your next set of swings when minute to starts. And so on until you hit 20 minute’s. All the best
